For some days, I recorded my dreams. Phrases from this journal were written on sheets of wax paper to create a narrative. Lucid dreaming is, after all, when you acknowledge that you are dreaming and in some cases are able to control what you are dreaming. This was my way of controlling my dream and constructing my own narrative from the remnants of previous dreams.
